This small fan project is an easy to create model that proves the Bedini Concept. These fans are easy to build even for those who do not have an extensive background in electronics. These fans can be used for many different applications including but not limited too : charging capacitors, and recharging non-rechargable batteries ie; alkaline, carbon zinc. I have had about a 90% recharge rate for alkaline batteries and have been able to reuse batteries numerous times instead of draining them once then throwing them away.
